I was looking for a realtor to sell my home in North Park, a community within the City of San Diego. I knew of a Broker, Bobby Edelson, who lived in North Park for many years, so he knew it like the back of his hand. As a retired single female, I knew I wanted someone I could trust. I contacted Bobby, and he introduced me to Roni Coffer and Curt Johnson. Roni and Curt led me by the hand and had their photographer take pictures of my home, including drone pictures. They had closed many transactions with the same escrow and title company staff, and the entire transaction worked like a finely tuned machine. My house sold in four days. I closed escrow on my old house one day, closed escrow on my new house the next day and had movers move me the following day, all before my cataract surgery the day after that. My buyer wanted a 15-day escrow, but he agreed to a 30-day or sooner negotiation by Roni. It was a whirlwind, but I am thankful to Bobby for steering me to Roni and Curt, and I am thankful to them for their knowledge and experienced "team"... mission accomplished. It was a fast-paced and collaborative effort, but collectively we did it, and I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling property.
